Give.com.sg operates an online crowdfunding platform that facilitates donations to charities and fundraising campaigns.
Give.com.sg acts solely as a platform provider and does not:

• Control, manage, or operate charities or campaigns
• Guarantee the success, outcome, or use of funds
• Act as trustee, agent, or representative of donors, charities, or beneficiaries unless expressly stated

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activities
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, abusive, or infringing
• Raise funds for prohibited or illegal purposes
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorised access to systems
• Misrepresent your identity, authority, or affiliation

Give.com.sg reserves the right to suspend or terminate access and remove content or campaigns at its discretion.

4. Campaigns & Charities

• Campaign organisers and charities are solely responsible for:
  • Accuracy and legality of campaign content
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Proper use and disbursement of funds raised
• Campaign organisers represent and warrant that:
  • They have authority to raise funds
  • Campaign content does not infringe third-party rights
  • Any personal data displayed has been lawfully obtained with consent

Listing of a campaign on Give.com.sg does not constitute endorsement.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and materials (excluding user-generated campaign content) are owned by or licensed to Give.com.sg. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Give.com.sg is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Give.com.sg:

• Makes no warranties regarding campaigns, charities, or outcomes
• Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Give.com.sg shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Our total aggregate liability (if any) shall not exceed SGD 10 or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is higher

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Give.com.sg, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Suspension & Termination

Give.com.sg may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, including where required for legal, regulatory, security, or operational reasons.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

13. Making Donations

• Donations made through the Platform are voluntary
• By proceeding, you confirm that the donation is made lawfully and with authorisation
• Donations may be one-time or recurring, subject to your selection

14. Payment Processing & Authorisation

• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers including Stripe, PayNow, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
• Give.com.sg does not store full payment card details
• By making a donation, you authorise the relevant payment provider to process the transaction
• Payment processing is subject to the terms of the relevant provider

15. Refund Policy (Limited & Donor-Friendly)

Donations are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
You may request a refund if:

• A donation was made in error, or
• There was a technical or processing error, or
• The transaction was unauthorised

Refund requests must:

• Be submitted within 7 days of the donation
• Be sent to support@give.com.sg
• Include the transaction reference and donation email

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Payment processing fees may not be refundable.
Give.com.sg reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its discretion, except where required by law.

16. Recurring Donations

• By setting up a recurring donation, you authorise automatic charges at the selected frequency
• These Terms apply to each recurring transaction
• You may cancel a recurring donation at any time via your account or by contacting us
• Cancellation will take effect from the next scheduled billing cycle

17. Campaign Removal or Inability to Disburse

If a campaign or charity becomes unavailable, is suspended, or funds cannot be disbursed within a reasonable time, Give.com.sg may:

• Temporarily hold the funds while seeking clarification; or
• Redirect the donation to another suitable campaign or charity, where permitted by law

Give.com.sg does not guarantee successful disbursement in all circumstances.

18. Donor Acknowledgement & Risk

• Donations are made at your own discretion and risk
• Give.com.sg is not responsible for misuse of funds by charities or campaign organisers
• Donors are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence

19. Changes to These Terms

Give.com.sg may amend these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform and take effect upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
